At the Opera Festival in Aix En Provence, France
Another collaboration with Ted Huffman, Zack Winokur: This time at the opera festival in Aix En Provence for Ana Sokolović's spellbinding one act a capella opera "Svadba". Subtle projected shapes are combined with Marcus Doshi's lighting to shape the architecture of the playing space in order to create a beautiful understated setting that lets the six women's characters and voices inhabit the stage with maximum support and minimal obstruction.
Top and Front projection combined to achieve a seamless cover of projected light on the white playing space. What looks like lighting in the pictures is mostly projection.
